Day 32 - Praising
Conflict is a natural part of being in relationships and community. As we have different experiences and perspectives, we are likely to disagree with one another. Today, view conflict as something that can stimulate creativity, development and cooperation. Look for win-win solutions.
Reflection
- What did you learn about conflict growing up?
- How has what you were taught impacted how you deal with conflict today?
Action
- Write about a conflict you were recently in.
- What would a win-win solution be?
- If the conflict is unresolved, consider presenting your idea to the other person with sincerity and care.
